Very well done, although the dots on the bottom of Mari are a bit distracting....scratch that...they're really distracting....
The text could use a bit of working on, seeing as it looks like it was put there almost as an afterthought, and it's sort of hard to read >.<
That's about it....

Didn't really notice the white dots, but now I look at it, they really are distracting xD...

That blue orb next to Mari's hand fits perfectly, but the words seem very out of place. It is somewhat illegible.

don't worry about the text, i never really got into learning how to make decent looking text yet lol. ni might add some time late, though i should edit the sparkles under her.

looks really good to me. Text needs work though, but it is acceptable.

Make Mari look like she's really doing that magic (Pen tool >((( )

Yes... play with some gradient maps : )
The painty white stuff at the bottom... Don't make it so obvious ._. Unless it's a smudge... Set it to Linear Dodge (just some advice)
Text... Use another colour and make it stand out more ._. I can't SEEE it (use stroke or outer glow)
